Inspired small group training is the perfect way to start your fitness & health journey, if you are just getting started or have a goal in mind the inspired supported approach will guide you to success !!
The sessions are 45 minutes long and the coach will guide you through your personal workout designed specifically for you, with this in mind we take into consideration your goals, injuries, fitness levels and starting point. All of this information is discussed during your initial consultation.
The session will consist of a full warm up and cool down, you will be training with 3 other like minded individuals BUT you will all be doing a different workout, a work out which best suits your goals and YOU.
