We work with you on your goals and plan your nutrition accordingly, but we plan with a view that you can maintain your new healthy nutrition habits long term so you don’t YO YO DIET. We have a number of tools at our disposal , we have healthy recipe books to INSPIRE You, short term meal plans to put you on the right path and of course our team of experts to analyse your current eating habits and review monthly.

INBODY ANALYSIS
How can Inbody Analysis help you with your goals and assess the right nutrition plan for you.
At INSPIRED we use the latest technology for your health and wellbeing, this sets us apart from any other fitness facility.
Inbody analysis gives us an accurate reading and vital health information, we do this scan when you get started and this helps us set out clear goals for you and your body type. We then repeat the process every 4 weeks to review the data and change your plan accordingly.
We DO NOT recommend that you use scales as a data, this does not tell you helpful information and will only affect your motivation.
As an individual you can put on WEIGHT but have lost FAT%, this means you have built muscle and have achieved a healthier leaner body BUT the traditional scales will just show you have put weight on.
We also look at your visceral FAT so we can access your health and if you are at any risk of obesity, diabetes or heart disease.
