I myself have trained in gyms for over 15 years, being introduced to structured training programs and techniques when I first joined the GB Canoe Polo squad back in 2008.
I trained at an elite level within my sport, competing internationally for the GB Ladies Canoe Polo team on numerous occasions, spanning a decade.

I decided to retrain as a personal trainer to be able to share and impart my love of sport and fitness to others. As well as my L3 PT qualifications I have excellent grounding from my own experiences of how to train effectively for cardio, skill and strength goals.

However, fitness for me is about how it makes you feel, and I have become more and more aware of how I have used sport activities throughout my life to achieve balance both mentally and physically. This is why I am currently training to become a Mental Health and Exercise Coach. My passion is to help others who may well be struggling with their overall health, not just their physical health, achieve inner calm and a more positive outlook though exercise based sessions.

I run outdoor group fitness sessions (bootcamp and team games) as well as coaching small groups and offering 1-2-1 personal training. I am fully committed to understanding you as an individual and working with you to achieve your health goals.
