IAN SAUNDERS

I am a qualified Personal Trainer (level 3) with additional spin, boxercise and kettlebell qualifications.

I became a personal trainer to initially gain a better understanding of how the body works, being an asthmatic and help achieve my own fitness goals.

It is now a passion of mine to understand what motivates my clients and help them achieve their goals, whatever stage of their fitness journey they are at.

I believe the three pillars of fitness are physical, nutritional and mental wellbeing. I strive to ensure I bring a balance to these with every client I coach whether it's 1-2-1 PT, Semi PT or in a class format.

My programming is challenging, high energy and fun, geared towards unlocking your potential.
